From Burnout to Balance — The Birth of NÜM

A few years ago, I was stuck in a cycle that felt impossible to break.

35, working full-time in a fast-paced corporate job, trying to stay productive while juggling emails, meetings, and endless to-do lists. On the outside, I was doing “fine.” But on the inside? My mind was always racing, I couldn’t focus, I wasn’t sleeping, and I had zero energy left for the things — and people — that mattered.

Eventually, I went to a doctor and found out my cortisol levels were through the roof. My body was in a constant state of stress. That’s when it hit me: I wasn’t just tired — I was burnt out.

So, like many people, I turned to supplements.

I spent hundreds of dollars trying every “natural” product I could find — energy boosters, sleep aids, stress formulas. But nothing truly worked. Most were packed with fillers, artificial ingredients, and things I couldn’t even pronounce. I didn’t want a quick fix. I wanted real, clean, effective support for my mind and body.

That’s when NÜM was born.
